Teknicon Design P/L was formed in 1999, and is an Architectural Design and Drafting office specialising in residential design and drafting services ranging from alterations and additions to existing dwellings, new dwellings, duplex development and townhouse/villa developments.
We are of the opinion that the family home is not only a material item, but more importantly a divine and sacred entity. We undertake this philosophy whenever we are commissioned by the client in the design and documentation process.
The design of the family abode of today is one which is extremely intricate, but we strongly believe that the opportunity given to us by the client is an opportunity to show our creative and imaginative side and work closely to achieve a solution which results in a design all parties are satisfied with.
