Situated in a laneway this parcel of land was a result of a subdivision of an original larger block. The challenge was two fold, to produce a design which had street presence and produce a open plan design on a restricted size of land. The result was to produce an open plan design to the ground level which from the front door gave the feeling of space right through to the living dining areas to the rear of the dwelling.
