Situated between 2 storey dwellings designed in the 80's and having very little street appeal, the challenge from the clients was to produce a design different to that in the street. The result was a contemporary 2 storey dwelling with a basement garage. The feature of the dwelling is the entry foyer which is 2 stories in height allowing for a feeling of space from the minute you enter the house and a skillion roof with glazing allowing generous sunlight to filter through the rest of the house.
